The College of Computing Studies collected valuable insights and perceptions from the various stakeholders, specifically the parents, learners and teachers through CCS Parents Consultation, conducted through Google Meet on October 12, Wednesday.
The activity aims to establish strong communication between parents and teachers as stakeholders; conduct the CCS Parents’ Association Officers’ election; and encourage parents to assist in the planning and execution of school activities.
The program commenced with a message from Mr. Nomer B. Aguado, Dean of the College of Computing Studies. Followed by a comprehensive and thorough discussion of the agenda and concerns that need to be relayed to the parents as well as the learners.
Moreover, the College of Computing Studies also highlighted the college activities that students can engage in and look forward to, including Sports Fest 2022, CCS Fest, and forthcoming seminars.
The election of Officers of the CCS Parents Association was conducted. During the presentation of elected officers, they assured everyone that they will carry out their responsibilities to foster and build interaction among parents and other essential stakeholders of the college. The elected officers also vowed that they will help in working towards effective school community.
The virtual event wrapped up with closing remarks rendered by Mr. Marlon B. Atanacio, Program Head, BS Information Technology.
